During the last 15 years I have dealt thoroughly with prefabricated house architecture and have sold more than 500 houses in completely Austria. Besides, I was active for the famous Kampa-Group which also was my proven partner together with two other Austrian prefabricated house producers. They focused on ecological houses with adequate construction-biologically harmless materials. Now I have new partners specialized in modification and restructuring. Besides, special extension parts and details can be produced too.
Like that I am flexible in my function and can offer the best and lowest-priced solution for each customer's request.
With the houses it exclusively concerns low-energy buildings in framework construction method, in my eyes the only building method of the future.
Cross-linked thinking prevails from the concept of your house up to the material choice and execution of the building project and thus the convenience aspect of "everything from one source", this makes housebuilding to a stressless thing for you.
Soft lines, warm colours, area for artistic shapes and design are characteristic for the style of the “Refugium-Houses”. It should be a house, which activates senses. Feng Shui principles were considered at the conception, which definitely cause an improvement of living emotions.
The red thread at "Refugium", which pulls itself from consultation to transaction and completion, is a high claim of quality and a good price-performance ratio. A standard-issue-house should never develop – there are enough of them. As mentioned artistic moments should have some influence (special color design at facade, color technique, illusion painting, special illuminating engineering...).Maybe you even have the best ideas!
